Look out for #UprootedfoodtruckBU this semester all over campus. Uprooted can be spotted at (possibly) sporting events, lunchtime around the Business Building or Jordan Hall and some late-night socially distant events starting in March.
When you see Uprooted out for lunch here is what to do:
- Snap a photo and tell your friends you found the food truck – if you love it, tell everyone! (Don’t forget our #)
- Know that we will have a hot menu that changes each week. We have slated things like wings, mac and cheese – with some amazing toppings, burgers, and a boat of loaded fries – so many toppings to choose from.
- Snap a pic with the BUtiful food truck and tag us on Instagram for a chance to win a free meal throughout the semester.
- We will also offer some of your favorites from our GO! menu – PB&J, Protein bites (or make your own by watching our IGTV from the summer), hummus, and Caesar salads.
- Keep your eyes peeled and follow us to learn more about the food truck and the spring menu.

one hot entrée + water or soda = one flex meal swipe

one cold entrée from GO! + side item + water or soda = one flex meal swipe.
