Prep 101

Feel safer cooking your own meals?  Have an apartment or kitchenette available and want to prep for the week or share with your roommates?  We have you covered!

Meal Prep 101 is a new food program housed at Trip’s Corner Market.  This program is like a Blue Apron or Hello Fresh, but you pick up the kit and follow the recipe card.  Feel free to keep those cards and shop for more of the ingredients later too.

Meal Prep 101 is delivered to Trip’s Corner each Thursday – just in time for the weekend- and features a new recipe each week.  We have planned 12 weeks of amazing simple recipes that are sure to keep you wanting more.  Our hope is that you learn in the kitchen and start to feel more comfortable cooking for yourself.

Here is the lineup of meals for the first 6 weeks:

  • Sheet Pan Fajitas
  • Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili
  • Pasta with Italian Sausage and Peppers
  • Cajun Chicken Wings with Broccoli-Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
  • Local Burgers, Slaw and Fries
  • Egg and Vegetable Breakfast Bake
