Important Information
The FEAST Fund grant was established by Butler Dining to provide funding for food-related projects that have a positive impact on Butler’s campus. To be eligible for FEAST Funds, please thoroughly review this application and provide all necessary information. Any Butler student, group, or department is able to submit an application for review. Each student or student group application must have a faculty or staff advisor. All applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Applications will be reviewed using the FEAST Fund grading rubric. If, for any reason, you need to leave this application before it is complete, you may use the save and continue function located at the bottom of the form.
Grant funds need to be used within one year of approval. Grant funding can be rolled over from year to year in the case of your timeline being disrupted for unforeseen circumstances. New applications must be submitted each year to ensure funding is available. Grant submissions will not be automatically approved. At the end of your project, a 1 page summary is required to be submitted to feastfund@butler.edu detailing how the funds were used, how the project progressed, and the impact it had on the Butler community. There will be a reminder sent for this submission.
