Quarantine/Isolation Food Delivery Spring Break

If you are in quarantine or isolation and needing food delivered during spring break, please fill out this form, and we'd be happy to assist! Brunch will be delivered at 10 am, dinner at 4 pm. All meal submissions are required to be submitted through this form by 7 pm the day prior. For example, if you need meals on Wednesday, please submit the form by 7 pm Tuesday evening. Each meal request needs to be submitted separately. We do our best to have everything available to you that is listed on this form. Dining will process your payment using your provided student ID. Prices will reflect Plum Market Kitchen at C-Club.
